For 15 years Futurecity has been promoting the importance of arts and culture as a driving narrative for all real estate projects. From Build to Rent, to Business Investment Districts, from Logistics to Leisure, Residential to Retail, and Commercial to Creative Districts and Cities of Culture.

Launched in 2007 and now in our 15th year, Futurecity joined the NLA with a Culture-led Placemaking event in 2014, and in 2018 we published a manifesto alongside an exhibition at the NLA promoting a ‘Gallery Without Walls’ that promoted the use of digital and immersive art on large scale art, architecture, landscape, and infrastructure projects.

Five years on and we are back with the NLA with a ‘Partner membership’ to share insight from 15 years of cutting-edge cultural work for the public and private sector and for international real estate clients. It’s (almost) a new decade, already full of upheaval, with societal change at every level and innovation on everything from gaming and AI to collaboration, consumerism, climate, community, and co-creation. One connecting thread is culture as lens, catalyst, and vision.

Let’s have a conversation.
