Grainger’s Young Street development, on the edge of one of London’s oldest squares, is designed by Assael Architects and won the Housing Design Award (Winner of Private Rented Sector Project) 2014. The scheme will provide 53 new homes for the private rental and private sales market. This is a new partnership development between the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea and Grainger plc who will develop and manage the site under a 125 year lease. The railings, balconies and gates artwork will be embedded into the main facade of the building.
