Futurecity have been commissioned by Capital & Counties to create a Cultural Placemaking Strategy in the process of planning one of London’s most ambitious developments. Working with Terry Farrell and Partners, Futurecity has created a Cultural Placemaking Strategy that will transform the Earls Court Project area into four culturally rich and diverse new urban villages.
